(More customer reviews)I purchased Bio Clean based on the recommendation of the plumber. The instructions say that the use of the product might lead to an initial clog. The reason being is that the bacteria is loosing up the build-up on the pipe walls and pieces can come off and then clog. Bio-Clean then suggests plunging to push through. So, the frustration one poster is having is actually reflecting that Bio-Clean is working and the pipes must have been caked with lots of build-up. Once the build-up is gone then Bio-Clean seems to work as a maintenance strategy to not allow for the build-up. Another thing I read on the instructions is to start the product in the basement FIRST and then move upstairs. This is to clear way for upstairs build-up to come through. I am wondering if the frustrated poster did this. I have noticed a better flow in the drains by following instructions.
