(More customer reviews)This is a great spice, and the transaction was quick and painless. I use the spice for Rib-eye steaks, all steaks pretty much, and lastly our favorite Standing Rib Roast (usually three ribs thick). Using a rotisserie, I use a damp paper towel and pat down the rib roast and liberally apply with my palm the Rib Rub (thick). Serve it with a packet of Schillings or McCormicks Aju mix.
